December once again…I don’t think I’m the only one who is surprised that it crept up so quickly…and silently…all of a sudden - it’s almost the end of the year!

There’s been plenty of stress, anxiety and apprehension, especially for those of us living in the US who endured a contentious presidential election. I think we need to put our feet up, breathe a sign of relief and take a moment for ourselves…and then enjoy the holidays…whatever holiday you partake of and however you celebrate it.
